Administration granted to William Heath of Horton, yeoman the son of the deceased.
Amount £10 - 8 - 6.

Debts: money to Hugh Goodwyn, Margery Heath, Parnell Clowes, and James Goodwin.
Will proved 30th September 1631.

William Heath buried Horton either 13th March 1665 or 13 March 1666. Of Heath House Horton
Letter of Administration 31st May 1666.

Son John Heath buried 14th July 1673 Horton. Of Heath House Horton.
To brother James Heath buried 19th May 1680 Horton. Of Heath House Horton.

To brother Richard Heath. On the 19th May 1686 Richard Heath signed Heathhouse over to his eldest son John Heath. Also signed by his brother William Heath, Sam Clowes, and Nath Smith.
It seems both John Heath and brother William would both be born before 1685.

On the 10th January 1705 John Heath signed Heathhouse over to Hugh Ford of Norton on the Moors for not paying the mortgages.
There is a sister Jane Heath, and an Elizabeth Wheeldon wife of John Wheeldon, also are mentioned on the documents.
Heath House is still standing today.
