While seeking another Heath who had emigrated to America in the 17th century, I came across four Heaths from Staffordshire who were transported in the 18th century, John, Robert, Thomas, and William for crimes they committed. Sadly it does not give their age or which province/state they were sent to.

Heath, John: Sentenced tor transportation ― Summer 1723 for stealing clothing at Clent.
Heath, Robert: Sentenced for transportation ― Summer 1767; Reprieved for transportation, 14 yrs ― Lent 1768 for stealing a horse.
Heath, Thomas: Sentenced for transportation ― Lent 1769 for stealing ― hat looping at Stone.
Heath, William: Sentenced for transportation ― Lent; Reprieved for transportation, 14 yrs ― Summer 1752.
